"A lot of my friends throughout my high school career showed me lots of new and interesting musicians and bands that helped me push through the trials and tribulations of high school. Whether it was studying for a bunch of tests, working on last minute projects, or having a knee scooter, the various different musical groups I listened to distracted me from that stress and led me to have an overall better experience in high school. So if you're stuck in a rut or something like that, maybe listen to something other than trap for a change."
