“Some of my favorite memories that I have of high school are with the FMHS Choir program. From Madrigal to UIL to Pop Show, I always had a blast doing something that I love and doing it with my best friends! Music has been such a big part of my life, so it’s going to be hard letting that go when I go to college. I’m still going to try to keep some of it with me, but I won’t be singing or playing the piano everyday like I’m used to. If you’re thinking of an elective to take, choose choir! It is so much fun to learn music in all kinds of languages and make new friends! Also Doc and Swartwood are amazing directors! There is something so special about the FMHS Choir program and I am really going to miss it. Plus if you join Choir, you’ll be one of the few people who ACTUALLY know the lyrics to the school song! Go jags!”
